Therese P. Spangler, Senior Paralegal

Ms. Spangler graduated from Arizona Institute of Paralegal Training with her Associates of Applied Sciences Degree in 1995. Prior to moving to Arizona to pursue a legal career, Ms. Spangler attended Montana Vo-Tech Center in Billings Montana, where she earned her Certificate Marketing & Management in 1983. She began her college career at Eastern Montana College completing coursework in general studies from 1981-1982. Ms. Spangler graduated from Havre High School, in Havre, Montana in 1979.

Ms. Spangler has served as a paralegal for the firm since February 1995.

 

Rosemary Hultz, Paralegal

Ms. Hultz graduated from California State University, Chico in May 1986 with a B.A. degree in Psychology. After working for a number of years in group homes and juvenile detention centers as a group counselor, and juvenile Probation Officer, Ms. Hultz moved to Santa Rosa, CA and attended California State University, Sonoma where she graduated with a Paralegal Certificate in 1991. Since that time Ms. Hultz has worked continuously as a family law paralegal in addition to having experience in probate, trust, estate planning, conservatorships and guardianships, and adoption matters.

 

Kendra Ann Diegan, Litigation Coordinator

Ms. Diegan graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University in May 1993 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Justice Studies and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Phoenix with a Master in Business Administration in Health Care Management in January 2006. Ms. Diegan started her legal career in 1989 working at the Arizona State University, College of Law library. Ms. Diegan then interned at the Maricopa County Attorney's Office, Victim Witness Department and served part-time as a bailiff in Maricopa County Superior Court. In 1992, Ms. Diegan became a full time bailiff and then judicial assistant to a superior court judge in Maricopa County. From 1997-2002, Ms. Diegan was the Disciplinary Clerk of the State Bar of Arizona and the Arizona Supreme Court where she was custodian of record for all charges/complaints filed against Arizona attorneys and where she was responsible for managing the attorney discipline system for the State of Arizona pursuant to the Supreme Court rules, which included over 80 volunteer hearing officers and commissioners.

 

Jeremy Ford, Law Clerk

Mr. Ford graduated Suma Cum Laude from Arizona State University in 2007 with both a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology. Mr. Ford is a candidate for a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University, Sandra Day OíConnor School of Law, with an expected graduation date in 2010.

 

Jeff Hall, Law Clerk

Mr. Hall graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. There he specialized in family and developmental psychology, and published a study on the effects of court ordered custody arrangements on childhood development. Currently Mr. Hall is a candiate for a Juris Doctorate Degree from Phoenix School of Law. At Phoenix School of Law Mr. Hall is an editor on the Law Review, a member of the national Moot Court team, and an executive officer of the Student Bar Association. He expects to graduate in 2009.
